Fabric: 21 Upholstery options using DalCare Vinyl and Fabric House Colours. The Vinyl Range is from the Laine Silk range which is an exciting high performance vinyl that comes with a matt finish and is constructed for both indoor and outdoor applications.  With its anti-bacterial properties, it is suitable for healthcare and heavy commercial upholstery environments.  The Fabric House Colours are from the Warwick Tritan range which is a 100% Polyester heavy commerical Australian made upholstery.

The Fabrics Laine Silk Navy (0194), Laine Silk Platinum (0156), and Laine Silk Cloud (2010) have a 2 week production time frame.  For the other DalCare Vinyl and Fabric House Colours, please allow 4-6 Weeks for Manufacture and Delivery.  A small variation of the final seat size may occur depending on the upholstery chosen.  For customized upholstery, additional charges apply.)

Warranty:

3 Years (Standard Use - 8 hour usage per day, 5 days per week)

During this period, the Chair manufacturer will undertake to complete all warranty repairs at no charge, and on a prompt basis.

Please note, any repair that has been caused by anything other than acceptable wear and tear, will not be deemed as a warranty issue – and we will therefore provide you with a quotation for any required works, prior to the commencement of those repairs.

If you believe the chair is faulty, please refrain from using the chair. Damage that occurs as a result of continued use of a faulty product will not be covered under warranty. 

What do I do if the chair is faulty?

1. Cease using the chair as it may be unsafe to use.  Damage that occurs as a result of continued use of a faulty product will not be covered under warranty.
