Operating Instructions:

Seat Height Adjustment – Take your weight off the chair and lift the lever up (lever on the right side of the chair to the front) to raise the chair.  To lower seat, sit in the chair and lift the lever up to lower the seat.

Seat Tilt – Seat tilt allows the operator to adjust the tilt of the seat to a suitable position.  For free-float movement, push the lever down (lever on the right side of the chair behind the Seat Height Adjustment Lever).  It will lock into position.  Pull the lever up to disengage.

Back Height – the Mayan chair has a ratchet back which has a click-clack adjustment back height.  Pull the back to each level to lock the back at a suitable height.  The back will lock into place at each back height level.  Pull all the way to the top and then push down to the bottom to re-engage.

Back Tilt – Pull the lever up to adjust the back tilt.  Back tilt allows the operator to adjust the angle of the back to a suitable position.  For free-float movement, push the lever down (lever is at the front of the seat).  It will lock into position.  Pull the lever up to disengage.

Height Adjustable Arms – Lift the lever on the side of the arm and adjust the arm height up or down to a suitable position.  Release the lever to lock the armrest into position.

Warranty: 10 Years (Standard Use – 8 hour usage per day, 5 days per week); 3 Year Warranty (24/7 Usage)

During this period, the manufacturer will undertake to complete all warranty repairs at no charge, and on a prompt basis.

Please note, any repair that has been caused by anything other than acceptable wear and tear, will not be deemed as a warranty issue.  A quotation for the required works will be provided for approval prior to the commencement of those repairs.

If you believe the product to be faulty, please discontinue using the product.  Damage that occurs as a result of continued use of a faulty product will not be covered under warranty.
